This 1 minute yoga challenge is amazing and perfect to start your new year with. All you do is one yoga pose a day. That is it. It’s that simple.

You don’t repeat any of the yoga poses which is great and it really is a variety of poses. Some of the poses have two sides and I held that each for a minute.

My favorite part of this challenge is to do it first thing when I wake up. It woke me up and motivated me to do more exercise. If you’re looking to get into yoga too this is a great way to just give you a taste of the variety of yoga.
None of the poses are too hard and you can adjust anything that you need to. It’s the perfect challenge to start this new year especially if you’ve never done a 30 day fitness challenge.
