2 Minute Goodnight Workout Stretch | BuzzChomp Fit Mom Fitness

2 minute Goodnight workout stretch routine! It’s perfect compliment to the Good Morning workout we posted last week! It’s our BuzzChomp fit mom fitness series.


This is the type of workout that will release all your tension away before you go to bed. It’s our 2 minute Goodnight workout stretch and it’s only four exercises, each are 30 seconds, start with forward fold then bridge then happy baby then childs pose. That’s it.

Its a perfect way to stretch your entire body for optimal sleep. I often time finds that my mind races a bit prior to sleep and focusing just on myself and my body puts me in a great mental space for sleep. It allows me to let go of the full day and just relax before bed.

The 2 minute goodnight workout stretch will also allow you to separate yourself from your day. That’s really the key here to this goodnight workout. When you do it, make sure you’re completely ready for bed and once your done hop right in. Don’t check your phone or anything like that.

This pairs perfectly with our good morning workout so you can do this before bed and then do the good morning workout when you wake up! It will help you create consistency with your workouts!
