Always workout hard is essential to your daily fitness routine. It’s a great fitness motivation too and its part of our BuzzChomp video series.
On good days I workout and on bad days I workout harder and that’s how I remember to always workout hard. No matter what is going on in my life, I make sure my one constant is to go and workout. It makes everything better.
No matter what is going on in my life I always make the time to go workout and that’s a big no matter what. I’ve talked before about how I ran up until the day I gave birth. That helped me so much and I was able to get back to running within a month and I started doing short circuits right away.
Since my time is much more limited now I make sure I always workout hard and it’s the best way for me to get in a workout anyway I can. I always make sure that I do something and that if I can only go out and run for 30 minutes I make sure that I do that. Remember to always workout hard!
Because that’s what Motivational Monday is all about starting your week off strong.
