The best fitness advice I can give is to do a 30 day challenge because once you try one you will want to do another one. That’s how it started for me and I’ve been hooking on them ever since.
The first 30 Day Challenge I did was the plank challenge and the goal was to do a five minute plank. That is how I fell in love with 30 day Challenges and when I finished that first one I instantly wanted to do another one. I love that every month I have a fitness accomplished and there are so many different style ones to do.
Since starting 30 day challenges, I have not repeated one and that just shows you that there are so many challenges to do. I always pin prospective challenges and there are many that I have still not done. I have plans to do them all.
The best part about these challenges that even if they’re a “simpler” one they still build with intensity. I’ve always finished a challenge glad that I did it and felt physically and mentally stronger. Not only have I gained strength, but a lot of times I’ve learned new exercises and or developed a new found love of an exercise!
Share with me any 30 day fitness challenges you’ve accomplished.
