The Wonder Woman workout gets our highest rating so far at a 9.5/10. It is 8 exercises that I have done more times than I can count. These exercises anyone can do and that’s really the magic of the Wonder Woman workout that at first glance it is not difficult. Now repeat it 10 times and yes that is right I said 10 times!
Repeating the Wonder Woman workout is confronting, fun, and works your body from head to toe. I know what you’re thinking that you can’t do this circuit 10 times, but you can with a solid pace. None of the reps for the exercises are extreme and that lends it to holding a steady pace.
A big tip here to getting the most benefits out of the Wonder Woman workout is to keep with the two minutes rest between rounds. If you’re very physically agile then you could rest for a minute, but you don’t want to burn out. That being said don’t go too aggressive with your pace because you will burn out.
I love body weight workouts and circuits that you can do at home that push me to my limits. This Wonder Woman workout does that and it does it because it takes simple exercises, at low reps, and makes you repeat them 10 times! If you repeat say burpees 10 times you’re going to feel, but now add in everything to follow.
