I remind myself of this every day and honestly if you’ve ever not been able to workout you need to remind yourself daily that today I get to workout! So many people say today I have to workout. What fitness motivation is that? It’s not positive at all! So let go of the negative and embrace the positive!
Today I get to workout is a perfect mantra for every one. I love it so much! I know I truly embrace the fact that I get to workout. I’ve had periods in my life where I physically could not workout and honestly it did not make me feel good. I know I had to rest my body and wait to get back to working out but it stunk!
That being said that’s why I always embrace today I get to workout! Knowing how I felt when I couldn’t workout is all the fitness motivation I need! It keeps me excited to get up every morning and run! I don’t even think twice about going out for a run! Embrace that positive side of working out. It makes you feel great and it will make you feel great too!
Because that’s what Motivational Monday is all about starting your week off strong! Remember that Today I GET to workout kids!
