It’s our quick full body workout review by Popsugar. It’s part of our BuzzChomp fitness video series. This Quick Full Body Workout definitely is worth a try!
Mandi loves Popsugar and frequently finds workouts on there. She found this quick full body workout and I knew I had to give it a try. This is only five exercises and it’s another one of those circuits that you can do anywhere or anytime.
Prior to starting do five minutes of cardio to work up a sweat and when you finish make sure you stretch. Otherwise it’s three sets of these five exercises. You start off with a goblet squat, push-up, elbow plank bridge, gate swing, and frog crunch.
I love discovering new exercises. The “goblet squat” is new to me and is really just a version of a sumo squat. I had also never done a frog crunch or gate swing before. These different exercises are great and I wouldn’t normally think to do them but I’ll definitely add them in.
I do wish that this quick full body workout was a bit longer. If you’re looking to get a bit more intense workout in and it won’t take that much longer to do I’d recommend doing five sets of this as opposed to three. You’ll get a great workout in and just extend it a bit longer.
If you’re a newbie to working out this is a great full body workout for you. If you’re more experienced like us then try expanding this quick full body workout. Popsugar has some great workouts and this definitely is a good one just know where it fits in your weekly workout routine.
