HIIT Challenge Review: Fun and Approachable | BuzzChomp Fitness

HIIT Challenge Review is fun and approachable. It’s only four minutes a day and it’s the perfect challenge for those of all levels! Part of our BuzzChomp fitness video series.

 
This is a great 31 day challenge HIIT challenge. The best part of it is how approachable it is. If you’ve never done a 30 day challenge before this is a really good one to start with. It’s only two exercises each day. You do each exercise for 30 seconds and repeat. That counts as one round then you do another. It totals out to be four minutes.

Depending on your skill level you can either rest between sets or do it back to back. Some days Mandi and I would rest but more often than not we did four minutes straight. That made it a great burst of intense exercise. I really enjoyed the days where I could do 30 seconds on each exercises and do it back to back.

We Love This Treadmill! Go For It

I love doing this 30 day challenges every month. They let me keep my fitness habit it going. It’s also a great way that no matter what is going on that I have no excuse to not workout.

All of these exercises are super simple. You do start this challenge out with jump rope. That is the only equipment besides a mat that you need for this challenge. It gives you no excuse to not join this challenge.
