Another Motivation Monday is here and that means never give up! It’s part of our BuzzChomp fitness series.
We all have bad days and things happen that throw us for a loop. That definitely stinks, but it’s no reason to give up. This is definitely something that we all need to be reminded of. I know I have let hiccups in life sway my fitness journey and that was so silly because I’d get into this start/stop cycle.
If something got out of control in my life, I’d let my fitness go because it was easier to sleep in or not go to the gym after work. That is why I love ‘never give up’ for Motivation Monday! Once I found my fitness constant I could weather any storm and not let it affect my fitness journey. It’s why I only took a month off from running after my baby and I was back to doing simple circuits almost right away!
I know it can be difficult to find that fitness motivation, but that’s why I love Motivation Monday because if you can embrace your motivation all week it becomes easier. It becomes a habit and a good habit is great to hold on to! Remind yourself to never give up and embrace it as your Motivation Monday.
