Our mini resistance band circuit and it’s a great arms workout you can do anywhere!. Part of our BuzzChomp fit mom fitness series.
This is a great arms mini band resistance circuit. It’s only five exercises and you want to do 10-12 reps per exercise as well as 3 rounds. The best part about this circuit is that you can do this workout whenever you want! No more excuses to not get your strength training in.
These five exercises focus on biceps, triceps extensions, shoulder extensions, chest extensions, and back extensions. I love circuits like this because you focus on all your major muscles. Like I said before you can do this bad boy anywhere!
A big note is if you feel you need to switch the band you use per exercise definitely do that. I used the medium band for every exercise, but all of our muscles are not created equal. Trust me when I say that some of these you might need to adjust the resistance and that is fine. If you’re not into strength training you might want to start on extra light. You’ll be surprise though if you do this circuit two to three times a week you’ll build your strength up before you know it.
Doing this mini resistance band circuit is a way to make your fitness journey easy. It’s a great way to tone your arms and to make sure you’re always embracing your fit mom fitness!
