Children are constantly changing such as one day we had a baby and now we have a toddler. That basically means she’s changing and we have to change our fitness goals too! Our fit mom toddler years fitness goals opens my fitness back up! That’s right my babe’s becoming more independent.


I’ve expressed the challenges a baby has on your fitness and with the babe becoming a toddler she doesn’t always need my undivided attention. On my fit mom journey there are definitely aspects of my previous fitness regimen that I don’t always work back in. I used to do a lot more extra circuits and strength training. This is the part of my fit mom toddler years fitness goals!

The weather is nicer here in Los Angeles so we’ll definitely be doing more family exercising. I love that so much and can’t wait for all of us to get back to hiking. Not to mention taking advantage of the fun summer festivals and fairs!

I’m loving this ever changing journey of being a fit mom! It’s definitely keeping me on my toes and making me get creative with my workouts.
