It’s really that simple! Trust me when I say you’re not going to die. Experiencing a workout that is intense and makes you want to stop are those workouts that are just the best! They are the workouts that are going to make you stronger. They push you to your limits. They are the workouts you always want to strive for.

Most recently I did a circuit that involved doing 30 burpees straight. It was intense. Every time I got to that point of the circuit I wanted to only do 20. They were hard but each time I powered through those last 10! I felt great and I hadn’t done burpees is so long. It was exhilarating. I could have backed off and only done 20 since I was just getting back into burpees but I didn’t.

Experiencing that type of workouts reminds me why I workout. It also reminds me that I can do anything and that my body can do anything. I don’t need to stop and by not stopping I’m pushing myself to my new limits!
