It’s time for fitness motivation and defeat everyday struggle. No matter what holds you back it’s time to look it right in the eye, laugh, and get your fitness goals! It’s part of our BuzzChomp video series.


This fitness motivation makes me laugh because it’s so simple! Everyday I’m struggling between wanting to look good naked and pizza! It’s truly coming to terms to defeat everyday struggle! There ain’t no shame in that.

I love the underlying message behind this fitness motivation. So many of us feel like we have to sacrifice things for success. This is so not true. You don’t have to sacrifice things. The secret to maintaining your fitness is to make sure you’re eating, drinking, and doing everything in moderation. Too much of a good thing will definitely bring you down!

It’s also being aware of what you’re indulging in. It’s fine to have some pizza, but just make sure that you don’t spiral out of control. I always make sure that I get a great workout in the day of or the day after.
