It’s our Fit Mom journey. Time for the three month check in! Can’t believe it has been three months already.
If you’ve reached your post pregnancy goals! Woo. Go you! If you have not no biggie you have plenty of time. Don’t forget that it took nine months for your body to change that it might take a bit more time for your body to bounce back.
I know for me even though I’m at my pre-pregnancy weight and I do look like I’m back to where I was before I definitely am not. I had previously worked on my abs. It was a goal of my for years. It took me a long time to reach that goal and this time around I won’t let it take as long.
For me that goal was always on my list and it wasn’t until I took it off and decided it would no longer be on my list was when I accomplished it. I know now that I can push myself to get my abs back there I just have to want to do it and not want to keep saying I’m going to do it!
Whatever your post pregnancy goal is embrace it! If you’ve already reached yours then it’s time to set a new three month goal kids!
