This is one of my favorite fitness motivations because it is so true. Exercise induces happiness and one of my main goals in life is to be happy! It seems to be that simple and the funny part it really is. Once you find an exercise that you love, trust me when I say there is one out there for all of, then you’ll be able to always have a fail proof way to be happy.
For me, running, hiking, and yoga make me happy! I absolutely love the feeling I get after I do one of these activities. Not only do I feel accomplished, but it makes me feel so good. When I am working out, staying fit, and eating right, I’m always the happiest! That endorphin rush is great!
The secret to fitness motivation is finding what works for you and embrace it. Exercise induces happiness is an easy one to hold on to. This is definitely my go to one as a person who embraces happiness! Try it out and let me know how you feel.
