I love this Step 6 because you can consistently come back to it. It’s easier than you think to burn resisting forces. There are so many of them in our lives and we often hold on to them. This is just silly.
Each step so far has led us to here. I know I needed to take a really good look at my life to make sure I was honest with all of the resisting forces. Something I highly recommend is writing down all your resisting forces on a piece of paper and burning them.
That is right! Burn them in a metal bucket and set yourself free from them. Life is too short and honestly so many things we hold on to can negatively affect our life. Let them go! It will revolutionize your life.
Being Zen is all about being mindful with yourself. This step is another way to open yourself up. Burn resisting forces and let yourself be zen!
