6 Pack Abs Challenge review! This is one of those challenges that starts out slow, but ends up kicking your bum. Part of our Fitness Entertainment video series here on BuzzChomp.
I wanted an intense challenge and this 6 pack abs challenge delivered. The nice part is that it did start out tame. It laid a really good foundation in that sense.
There are 5 different ab exercises, but you don’t do all 5 each day. You do 3 each day. Almost everyday you do plank, except on the days basically act as your rest day. You do still do other exercises.
That’s right guys this challenge has no rest days! Prior to starting this challenge I craved that because it always pushes my limits. It definitely lived up to my expectation and then some.
The mixture of exercises are great. You do sit ups, crunches, leg extensions, flutter kicks, and plank. I highly recommend doing forearm plank and also they recommended a different variation of crunches and leg extensions. Check out how I do them in the video!
