10 minute Core Circuit for Beach Body

All you need are two dumbbells and ten minutes. You’ll love this core circuit for its combo of cardio and strength training. Keep doing more sets for a more intense alternative.

A great add-on, or stand alone circuit. Work that core. Beach body!
