Fitness Friday: Easy Circuit Training for Rest Days

 

Sometimes our bodies need a solid stretch and low intensity workout. Rest days are perfect for this, and the Tibetan Rights are 5 simple exercises, 21 reps each, making the best easy circuit training ever!

This circuit takes less than ten minutes and will loosen up your entire body, especially your back. It’s also a killer core workout and my favorite circuit first thing in the morning.

A little core and lot of great feelings. Use your rest days. Get at it.
