Repeat after me wake up with positive intentions. This is super important and easier than you think. It completely sets the tone for your day and once you master this you’ll always have amazing days and stay focused on your fitness journey.
All of us have bad days, it’s just how life is. You don’t have to let that bad day or let anyone ruin your day. No matter what happens to you during the day commit to waking up with positive intentions. It’s impossible to not feel amazing once you dedicate yourself to this.
Misery loves company, but honestly positivity breeds more positivity. When someone is happy it is infectious and I know no matter how I’m feeling I always want to feel the happiness that they feel! Once you can embrace that it seeps into all aspects of your life.
To wake up with positive intentions is to live in the present moment. Nothing has happened to you during the day so it’s a clean slate and you’re ready to take on all your fitness adventures as well as whatever else life throws at you.
