We’re all about showing you that there is absolutely no excuses when it comes to your workouts! This Ultimate workout is truly that! It’s amazing! It will work your body. You don’t need any equipment either so there is no excuse to not do this workout.
This workout revolves around burpees! Burpees are the best. They are intense and so satisfying! Basically this is a “waterfall” type workout. You start with 100 squats then go to 10 burpees then 90 sits ups and 10 burpees. This goes through until you with 10 back extensions.
You’ll get such a great workout in! I love these body weight workouts that really mix in cardio too because by the end you’ll be sweating!
