Then do whatever you want for the rest of the day, even if that means absolutely nothing at all. If you have some friends that you haven’t seen for a while and they have the day off, why not make some plans together?
7. Have An Overnight Getaway
Book a night at your favorite hotel with a pool and get a room that features a whirlpool tub or Jacuzzi. After you have your soak or swim, put on your fluffiest robe and settle in for an On-Demand movie. If you can, find a hotel that includes a free hot breakfast and carry a plate back to your room to eat while you’re in bed.

Show yourself some love and plan a special night out on the town all by yourself. Dine at your favorite restaurant and go to a movie or your favorite concert. Sign up for a dance class and learn some new moves. Buy yourself flowers and write yourself a love letter. Treat yourself to the finer things just as much as you would to someone else you love.
It’s important to take time to treat yourself and unwind from the stresses of everyday life. Do whatever makes you happy and feel refreshed.
