The New Mom Body is here and its time to embrace it. We’re on our Fit Mom journey! Its our BuzzChomp fitness series.


Prior to having a baby, everyone tells you what you can and can’t do especially when it comes to your body. I’ve been into my fitness journey my whole adult life and suddenly I was told I might not have time for that. We are all different and just because I was having a baby didn’t mean I needed to stop my fitness journey.

I was determined to have the new mom body. I’d heard about it, but most the time people spotlight celebrities and how they lost all their weight so quickly. Then you hear people tell you no you can’t do that. This right here is what I want to stop.

Just because we are mom’s doesn’t mean we stop being ourselves. If anything I’m more focused on my body and keeping myself fit. That’s what I want to embrace and celebrate! Gone are the days that we have to accept keeping our baby weight on because we can’t workout and take care of our kids. That’s just silly.

Let’s turn the new mom body into a positive image! Stay fit and healthy for you!
