I love abs circuits and this one adds weights in which is even better! It also shakes up traditional abs circuits which normally leaves you on the floor! Not this one. It’s a really great abs circuit!
It’s four exercises, 10 reps each, and you repeat each exercise three times prior to moving on to the next one. Use low weight dumbbells to start, because our core is not as strong as we think it is. Ten pounds is a great weight. You’ll definitely feel this abs circuit the next day!
