Someone Great yes I definitely accidentally called it Something Great, the new romantic comedy and breakup film on Netflix staring Gina Rodriguez. If you love romantic comedies and breakup films you will love this one. The dynamic of the film works!
This film does not take itself too serious, but it paints a picture of how real people of react. I love that a relationship running its course turns this woman’s world upside down because she didn’t ever even realize that her relationship wasn’t growing.

Gina Rodriguez, you know Jane the Virgin, stars and seriously this woman is just fabulous in it. She owns this character and her outlandish wardrobe, drinking, and just all around craziness.
The side characters, hello Britney Snow, LaWanda Wise, and LaKeith Stanfield, add so much depth to film. Their characters feel like real people and each add so much. LaWanda Wise made this film. Her character was just ridiculous, but amazing.

You’re not investing too much time in this film. Run time is about an hour and half. It’s a great afternoon film or a movie to watch with your friends!
