Secret workouts are perfect for days that you are super busy! I used to do them all the time when I worked in an office. Okay what is a secret workout? It’s something you do throughout your day. You don’t have to psych yourself up to workout which is great. You can do your exercises right at your desk.
You first need to pick your exercises. I like doing push ups, crunches, and burpees! Start off by doing 10 push ups, 20 crunches, and 10 burpees. The best way to integrate them into your day is to pick four times throughout the day to do them. I’d say do 10am, 11am, break for lunch then do 2pm, and 3pm. Set an alarm on your phone!
I love doing this throughout the day. Even if you don’t work in an office you can do this. Don’t listen to the comments people make when you’re doing your exercises! You and them will see your results and people will want to start doing it with you!
This is a great way to motivate you, shake up your day, as well as see some extra results!
