Revenge body workout video! It’s part of our fitness vlog series!
The revenge body workout is one of those circuits that you can do anywhere! Those are the best kind of workouts. This one is so simple. You really don’t even need much space so you can totally do this revenge body workout while you’re on vacation!
It’s only 5 exercises but you do jumping jacks twice. You also do push ups, sits up (or crunches), sitting twist, and flutter kicks. You do this bad boy five times! Rest between sets up to two minutes. A good challenge is work your way to just a minute rest between sets.
This revenge body workout will definitely get ripped! Body weight exercises are amazing. You have to push yourself. A really great way to push yourself more is to up the reps. Try doing more reps as you get comfortable with this workout.
Remember that if you’re just starting to workout adjust yourself. You can do push ups on your knees until you get better at them. Also sits up can be intense on your back so definitely do crunches instead. In this video I did crunches because I find them to be better for my back.
