PUSH until it happens! Its our newest fitness motivation and part of our BuzzChomp video series.


PUSH equals persist until something happens! I absolutely loves this and this is my new mantra. It’s so true because so many things in life take a lot of work to achieve. Accepting that your fitness journey takes work does not have to be something you focus on, but it does have to be a something you accept and make a plan for.

As we get older it definitely takes more effort to stay fit, but it doesn’t have to hinder your success. You definitely need to push your fitness journey, but a lot of times that means just finding what works for you. It definitely took me time to figure out what works for me. I know that I need to stay diligent and keep my snacking in check.

Just persist until something happens. So many people give up right before they reach their goals. Make sure that no matter what happens you keep reaching for those fitness goals! It’s much easier than you think to create a fitness happen and just stick to it. You will see those results! Trust me.
