It’s time for some post pregnancy nutrition. It’s our Fit Mom journey our BuzzChomp fitness vlog! If you’re like me and four and a half months postpartum your life is becoming “normal” again.
I say “normal” because you’re still taking care of a mini human and I know I’m still waking up once sometimes twice a night but I’m more rested and I’ve learned my babies habits. There is absolutely no reason now to ignore your post Pregnancy nutrition.
Make sure you’re careful if you’re breastfeeding like me. Completely cutting your calorie intake in half is a bad idea and would be detrimental to your stash. That is not good post pregnancy nutrition.
The big thing is to make sure that you take care of you. Your post pregnancy nutrition is just that. I know I had my indulgences while I was pregnant and ice cream was one of them. Recently I discovered Halo Top an it is amazing! It’s low in calories and still feels like an indulgence.
Plan out your meals ladies. Eat a healthy breakfast and make sure that you don’t go hours without eating. Definitely plan out your snacks too. Try my favorite air popped popcorn. It’s way healthier than microwave and tastes even better!
