Muffin Top Workout Circuit is amazing and simple! It’s our BuzzChomp Fitness Vlog.


The Muffin Top workout circuit is another one of those workouts that you can do everywhere! It’s two exercises high knees and knee to elbow crunches. You do five sets of 20 high knees and 6 knee to elbow crunches. Make sure you do this a minimum of three rounds.

I highly recommend doing this muffin top workout circuit slow. Don’t rush through the high knees and don’t rush through the knee to elbow crunches. You want to really accent these exercises. That’s how you’re going to get the most benefit out of this workout.

With the rush of the holiday season looming over all of us this is the perfect circuit to have in your arsenal. It’s a great cardio/full body workout. The minimum to do is 3 sets but I would work your way up to 7! You’ll feel an amazing after burn and you’ll get a great sweat in!

I absolutely love circuits like these because they are simple. It’s only two exercises and again you can do this anywhere! We’re all about no excuses when it comes to working out. I can get up and do this in the morning before work and get a great workout in! No excuses kids!
