Monday is great because it’s the start of the week. There are endless possibilities to the week. That is so amazing. There is no reason why then you can’t go into beast mode!
I always say how you start your week sets your tone. If you get up and go workout on Monday you will want to start Tuesday like that then Wednesday and so forth! Trust me when I say that it is infectious.
The secret to getting yourself into Fitness beast mode is no secret at all! Just make yourself do it. When I started living my Monday’s like this I would guilt myself to get out of bed. I’d rather get up and workout then feel bad not working out all day.
Once you start your Monday in beast mode you’ll want to replicate that feeling every day. You’re going to want to start your week off like that. I truly believe that Monday’s set the tone for you week. Make sure you get yourself into beast mode!
Your fitness goals revolve around you. You are the only one who can motivate yourself! You’ve got to hold yourself accountable! Monday means beast mode!
