This workout circuit has nine exercises and almost all of them is only 10 reps! The exercises are paired amazing together and you need no equipment. Make it happen! You start out with your legs: jumping jacks, squats, and lunges. Then you move on to arms: climbers, push ups, and plank jacks. Then you go to core: sit ups, knee to elbow crunches, and 30 second elbow crunches. A complete full body workout in one simple circuit!
I love that this circuit works your whole body, and it does it the best way possible. You do this bad boy one time through, but there is no reason why you can’t do it more than once. If you’re a beginner, then definitely focus on just doing this once. Work your way up to more sets as you get stronger.
This is the perfect at home workout circuit to start your day off right! It’s all body weight exercises and you can do it anywhere, which is always a bonus. Make it happen workout is great!
