You don’t need a gym membership, you don’t need a trainer, all you need is this Sweat app and 28 minutes. That’s it and that is great. I first tried Sweat through a promotion and I was hooked. My love for the app inspired me to review it, so I hope you enjoy my video!
I’ve kept up with the evolution of fitness apps and have been searching for one like this. There is always a catch to most of them, a hook if you will. For these Sweat workouts, all you need is a mat and jump rope to start. There are other programs where you need weights, or ones that you can do at a gym.
The BBG beginner is a perfect place to start because it requires minimal equipment. That gives you no reason to not try it out. Right now you can get three months for $1! That’s a great deal and super worth it.
