Legs workout is where it’s at for our Fit Mom Fitness Challenge Week 4. It’s part of our Fit Mom BuzzChomp vlog series.
We are halfway through this challenge! WOO! This kicks off our first week of legs. The latter half of our challenge has another week of legs.
I find a lot of people are intimidated by legs workouts. It can be daunting to undertake one but honestly there is no reason to feel that way. You need to work your legs because strong legs help you get a strong core and a strong bum!
Remember that all of these exercises are extremely approachable. Squats, side leg kicks, calf raises, and wall sits can be done anywhere. When it comes to this legs workout definitely do each exercise slow. Having strong legs gives you a strong foundation.
The best part about this week is that the legs workout gives you a circuit that you can reuse. You don’t ever need to be stumped about what legs workout to do again! It will strengthen your legs and give you the inspiration to come up with more legs workouts!
We are four weeks into our Fit Mom 60 Day Challenge! Week 4 is legs workout. This one is all about making sure the foundation of your body is strong and fit! The legs workout is a great change of pace to the previous shoulders week!
