This killer quick workout is amped full of intensity. Its 15 minutes of glory, 3 exercises, rotate every 20 seconds. Everyone has fifteen minutes to spare, so work it baby. Work it.
All you need is a timer or stop watch, some open space, and preferably clothes. That’s it.
I recommend Jumping Jacks, High Knees, and Cross Climbers for your three exercises. Rotate every 20 seconds for the full 15 minutes. But feel free to mix in whatever exercises you love. Just don’t stop until your time runs out.
