Kick Ass Summer Beach Workouts – Fitness Friday

 

Beach workouts are a kick ass way to have fun in the sun while working extra hard. Sand, surf, and exercise make a great combination.

Everything is more challenging in the sand. A two-mile run is like four miles in the sand. Do half in the water for an extra boost.

Beach volleyball, circuit training, yoga. Get some sun while working out. The sand makes each exercise a challenge, so get at it.

Its Fitness Friday because we all need some Fitness.
