How to Follow a Food Plan | Fit Mom | BuzzChomp Fitness

It’s easier than you think to follow a food plan by following my how to follow a food plan. Just be honest with you are eating! It’s part of our Fit Mom BuzzChomp series.

I’ve heard a lot of people talking about diets recently. The big question is what diet should do I do to lose 15, 20, 30 lbs by August? This is such a trigger topic because the best “diet” you should do is something that you’ll be able to stick to and keep the weight off.

That’s why I emphasis how to follow a food plan because traditional diets only work for a short term and why do all that work just to have to do it all over again in a couple of years? The food plan I highly recommend is portion control and eating everything in moderation.

That’s right it’s that simple. You don’t need to cut out any food groups, you just need to be mindful of what your eating and how much. You can definitely indulge every now and again.
