Great workouts defined! It’s our new fitness motivation and part of our BuzzChomp video series.
Great workouts defined by you hate doing it but you love to finish it. Once you can embrace the ride of the workout you’ll truly learn to love all aspects of it. That’s one of the main ways that I learned to love working out.
I talked most recently about taking an amazing new fitness class called Rise Nation. The last class I took the instructor was intense and great! Its only a 30 minute class and she said to push it for the whole time. I kept reminding myself that I can push myself to my limits for 30 minutes. It was tough, but when I finished I felt absolutely amazing!
Whatever workout I do I try to embody that. It’s that feeling when I finish my workout that I love and that I always replicate. Great workouts defined by that end feeling and honestly it will have you coming back again and again.
Because that’s what Motivational Monday is all about starting your week off strong.
