Full Body Workout Meltdown | BuzzChomp Fitness Vlog

Full Body Workout Meltdown is amazing! It’s our BuzzChomp fitness vlog!

We love this workout. If you’ve been working out for a while, this is one of those solid circuits you can do to really work your full body! Full body workout meltdown is clutch for this holiday season.

It’s 12 exercises and only one of them repeats. You do 40 mountain climbers twice, which is perfect. They are in the middle and at the end, giving a nice cardio element to this workout. Ending with mountain climbers is what sold me on the full body workout meltdown! They are confronting and hard. Forty of them is no joke.

We Love This Treadmill! Go For It

This full body workout meltdown will definitely be one that I do during the holidays, especially if it’s too cold to run, or the weather doesn’t allow us to run. You do this workout one time through. It might be good to try to do it one or two more times though, for added sweat and difficulty. One time is enough, but twice would really step it up.

There are no excuses to not workout this holiday season. We say this for all times of the year, but truly mean it around the holidays. Arm yourself for success. The full body workout meltdown is just that.

Try this baby out and let us know what you think! What is your favorite at-home circuit?

We love Fitness and Health!
