The crazy space pillar is the foundation of all knowledge and only Gaal’s daughter can approach. She was shot into space after her lover murdered her mentor on their banishment trip to Terminus by Empire. Foundation season 1 begins with a wild twist.
Only one human can approach the Foundation of all knowledge and we don’t even know her name! Our brilliant mathematicians, Gaal and Hari, who predicted the downfall of Empire and humanity are no longer with us. Hari was murdered and Gaal was shot into space. Good thing she is pregnant and about to birth the savior of humanity! Foundation season 1 is full of wild twists.
Don’t accuse me of jumping to conclusions, because I see no other way for our story to play out. Empire is three clones of different ages, while the Foundation exists on the most remote planet of all, Terminus. Our story is about humanity’s savior, but this show has taken a truly unique way of getting there. I love the leads of our first two episodes, but bye bye! Foundation season 1 is moving on.

I may have to do some reading, because I’m loving Foundation season 1 and its based upon one of the most acclaimed science fiction series of all time. Isaac Asimov’s Foundation began as a trilogy, but became even more books in the end. After the robot wars Empire took control. Now the power is crumbling, war is erupting, and humanity is dangerously close to annihilation. Only one scientist sees a means to preserve our knowledge, with a foundation.
