I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. Fitness is all about you. You’re the only one who can make your fitness goals happen. Sure you can join a gym, hire a trainer, take an intense workout class, but it is you who gets yourself out the door. It is you that is the final and most important motivator.

Remind yourself that. It’s important to have something that you do for you. Your fitness should definitely be that. Staying healthy and fit will bring up your quality of life. The funny thing is once you commit to your fitness goals it’s not hard to keep to it. I find myself longing to workout on days that I take off.

It’s all about forming a habit and your fitness is the most important habit you can stick to! There are so many ways to get your fitness in daily. Find what works for you and take those thirty minutes for you daily!
