All about the Fitness Motivation! Wake up. Workout. Look Hot!
I’m all for a great mantra and this one is perfect! If you can get yourself into this mindset and routine you’ll never need any other fitness motivation. To truly kick your fitness routine into gear the motivation comes from you!
I’m all for finding different things to motivate you. I know people motivate for those challenges like the 21 day fix or the whole 30 but those can only take you so far. You truly need to have that motivation come from within to keep yourself always motivated.
That really is the goal. You have to find that inspiration to always keep yourself motivated until your motivation is just something that is always with you. After a while you don’t even have to think about what’s motivating you anymore!
I’m a huge fan of waking up and working out. It always sets my day right. That feeling after the workout is enough motivation for me to want to get up the next day and go workout all over again!
