Summer Fitness Goals: Hidden Muscles | Fitness Vlog

Summer fitness goals are the best, because they get you out in the sun and looking amazing at the beach! Plus you have months to accomplish them. This summer we are focusing on three Hidden Muscles. These are muscles that most people ignore or don’t work very often because its challenging. Let that go people!

Work your deltoids, your obliques (side abs), and your calf muscles this summer. All three are mandatory to get the toned and sexy physique you want to show off at the beach. I’ve got great exercises for you, but you have to workout on your own. Go!

If you don’t work these hidden muscles, you may not look toned at all. These muscles tie together all your traditional fitness work. You must work the obliques in order to truly have six-pack abs. You need to tone your deltoids to have ripped shoulders and a sexy back. And the calf muscles are the first and last thing people see on your legs beneath shorts and a bathing suit. Work them hard!
