I keep stressing how you end the year is how you start the year. If you focus on your fitness this end of 2017 you’ll focus it right through the New Year! That is a wonderful way to be. I definitely have done this the past couple of years.
Making sure I suck it up so I don’t have to suck in helped me so much this past year. Being pregnant last year at the end of the year could have made it very easy to skip my workouts. I didn’t though kids! I kept running on the cold east and I plan to do the same thing to end the year.
It will definitely be a bit harder this year since Los Angeles has been so warm these past couple of months but I’m focused on getting my fitness on no matter. I will be on the east coast for 10 days and I will run unless it rains or snows!
I already have a plan regardless of the weather and I know that is going to make it so I have to suck it up because there is no way I’m sucking it in!
Stay focused because that is what Motivational Monday is all about starting you’re week off strong!
