Being sore is a great feeling. When I first started running, I’ll never forget how sore I was. I really felt like I’d pushed my body and changed my body. I love that!

While I no longer get sore like I did when I first started running, there is always some soreness in my body! Whether it’s after I lift, or after a long run, its there! I truly know I’ve worked my body and I love that!

Soreness is the most satisfying pain! Remember that when you’re pushing yourself to the limits!

Because that’s what Motivational Monday is all about, starting your week off strong!
