A great fitness motivation to adopt immediately. Remind yourself that the only competition is you! I’ve definitely compared myself to other people in fitness classes and felt I needed to catch up with them. This is a big no!
You don’t compare yourself to others when it comes to fitness. There are so many factors in fitness ability that its super silly to try to compete against anyone else. This is a great lesson to learn early on.
For me, I’ve used this as my fitness motivation because I’m embraced the only competition is me. This is why I track my running miles and workouts. I have a lot of data on myself and it makes it fun for me. It also was a really good distraction in the beginning for me.
When it comes to fitness motivation you’re the only one who can implement it! Embrace the only competition is you and see how you flourish!
