All about the Fitness Motivation. It’s not can you but will you? That’s always the question when it comes to working out.

When it comes it to fitness it’s always will you. If you’re always asking yourself can you do something you’re always putting a wall up when it comes to your fitness. That’s silly to do. If you remind yourself that you can always go and workout. You can truly do anything that you put your mind to. That’s not the problem.

The point here is will you? The answer should always should be yes! You will go and workout today. No matter what! It had been very rainy in Los Angeles the past couple of weeks and even though I enjoy outdoor exercise I still pulled myself to the gym every morning it rained! It was never a question of can I do it? I always knew I could and I went ahead and did it!

Creating a solid fitness regimen is a lot easier than anyone expects. You just need to take it one day at a time and set small goals. Remind yourself that its not can you, but will you? And the answer is always yes you will! Remind yourself that when you get up every morning!
