Fitness Motivation: Lazy Fuels Lazy, but Action Fuels Action. That statement is so true! Anytime I’ve fallen off my workout wagon, it’s started by me missing a day, then the next day and so forth. Soon I find myself hardly working out for a week!
But on the flip side, activity fuels activity! The more I work out the more I want to work out. I love that! I embrace that! It keeps me motivated to get up the next morning and run even more.
This thinking can definitely help you fuel your workouts! It can help you motivate to get a workout in. Remember how you last felt after you worked out and how you felt after you didn’t. I know when I skip a workout I always feel guilty and I don’t like that feeling at all. BUT when I have a great workout, I want to recreate that feeling every day!
Because that’s what Motivational Monday is all about, starting you’re week off strong!
