With any workout that you attempt in the beginning it will be hard. You have to work up to making a mile feel easy. I don’t even blink an eye at running a mile but that’s because I’ve been running for so long! But there was a time that a mile was hard!

It’s no surprise that this works with all new workouts and exercises! Before you know it what used to be impossible is your warm up! It really switches in a day and if you’re lucky you’ll almost forget what it felt like when it was impossible.

That’s truly the best part of working out. The longer you work at something the easier it gets! Your body gets stronger which is amazing. It’s one of the best fitness motivation you can have! Kill today’s impossible tomorrow! It will end up being your warm up before you even realize it! That’s just the best.
