Too many people quit before they ever reach their goal and that’s such a shame. Most of the time you are right there at your goal and you quit. That’s always a shame because a lot of people don’t come back once they quit or constantly go into the same fitness cycle.

This fitness motivation reminds you that fitness goals require patience. I’ve never sent a time limit on any of my fitness goals and that has made my journey much easier. Its taken me years to reach some of my goals and that’s okay. I’m not reaching goals that I never set for myself!
